I would like to nominate Billionaire Mark Burgess for the HOF - GM Rob, Santiago Sheep

I would like to 2nd the nomination of Billionaire Mark Burgess for the HOF in the Fourth Estate category - GM Tom, Cairo Pharaohs
 
"Mark Burgess is the league's only three time winning Peter Parker Recipient and two time at that.  He won the award 3 consecutive years finishing 2nd place in his final season.  I do not know where he finished in TWHL 3.

Burgess provided the league with the God Forsaken List and has paved the landscape on which other PR writers wll be judged.  Burgess's writing style was one of a kind and was unmatched throughout his time as the LA Wolves Press Release Writer.  Burgess is in a league of his own when it comes to writing.
 
Burgess was well known for his diligent research and analysis each season on every team and predicting where they would finish.  He started a chain that would spread to so many other writers.
 
I really do not know what else to add to it, but maybe you have somethings I missed?
