Mr. Kastelle was a founding member of the Trans-World Hockey League until retiring following the TWHL6 season. Over his six seasons, he was exceptional in his participation in The League, always being one of the 1st GM's to reply to calls for voting or help for The League. He participated as an Assistant Commissioner in many capacities, including acting at various times as:

That's quite a Resume! As you can see GM Tim involved himself in almost every aspect of The TWHL.

Tim created the 1st TWHL web-site, allowing the league to use his personal site for the project, and spent many seasons helping design the site itself, as well as helping Commissioner David to better understand web-sites and internet functioning in general.

As a GM, Tim patiently built his team and guided The Situationists to becoming Trans-World Cup contenders, leading them out of the incredibly tough Lee Division and reaching the Trans-World Cup Finals in TWHL5. In addition, GM Tim added The Noon Noose (Retired) and The Mooloolaba Cup to The TWHL Lexicon, as well as giving The Hanson Bros. (Band) a chance to add their unique brand of participation to The League.

Overall, his sensibility established him as one of the favourite GM's among his peers as well. The Melbourne franchise and The TWHL in general will never be the same without him!
